Fig 1.We wanted to know if the fusion protein will combine the plasimd. We mixed up the protein TAT:H4 with the plasmid pcDNA3.1(+),and the mass ratios of DNA and protein were 1:0,1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 in 2ul glucose solution. This picture showed that TAT-H4 can combine with DNA, because the plasmid was retraded.

Fig2.We wanted to test if the fusion protein can protect the plasmid, we used DNaseI deal with the complex that the protein TAT:H4 with the plasmid pcDNA3.1(+),and the mass ratios of DNA and protein were 1:0,1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 in 2ul glucose solution. This picture shows that the fusion protein can protect the plasmid.
