Applications of BBa_K1439001
The part is constructed with BBa_K1439000 and BBa_J04450, and it is used to test the conjugation ability of BBa_K1439000. However, the results shows the part doesn’t work ideally due to there is no RFP expressed. But we proved BBa_K1439001 could transfer into recipient cell with the help of RP4. Specifically, we picked the conjugated colonies and extracted the plasmid, the sequencing result is right. The experiment details can be referred on 2014 OUC-China wiki.
