Validation of IntI1 expression failed at initial tests and due to time constraints are not able to troubleshoot further. See the Part's page on the USyd 2014 Wiki (http://2014.igem.org/Team:USyd-Australia/pUS203) for details on confirmation of presence of insert and of validation strategy.
Failure of IntI1 expression may be due to the BioBrick being in pSC1B3 as ideally the IntI1 gene would be expressed in a low copy plasmid as high levels of IntI1 are toxic to the cell.
