Design Notes

This sequence codes for bovine terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. It has been codon optimized for expression in E. coli. Common restriction sites have been mutated out of the sequence. An Nde1 restriction site was added to the 5' end so that it could also be cloned into the expression vector pET28b+.
