We designed this construct in order to understand that our TAT peptide’s activity.
We added the TAT-RFPs to cancer cell medium in order to observe quantitiy of RFPs in the cancer cells.
Then at the end of the experiment we saw the RFP in the cancer cells as you see below.
This means our TAT is working succesfully.
