A backbone for ligation of the Acyl-TyA domain to a protein of your choice

Design Notes
Keep in mind that the Acyl-TyA sequence exports the protein into exosomes so protein extraction and other quantification protocols are needed to test successful experimental function. It also has a TEV cleaving site between the BsaI site and the TyA sequence.
Source
Derived from a yeast retrotransposon virus-like particle. Synthesized with the addition of a Tev cleaving site after the TyA sequence.
