Design Notes

The entD CDS is derived from E. coli MG1655. We cloned sfp in a pSB3K3-derived plasmid with a lac promoter (BBa_R0010) and the RBS BBa_B0029.

Source

We amplified entD from genome of E. coli MG1655.
