Team Heidelberg received this part from Team Freiburg to establish Gibson-assembly cloning in the Heidelberg lab. After a successful four-fragment Gibson (backbone: pSB1C3, CMV promoter, acGFP and BGH terminator) chemical and electrical E.Coli were transformed and analyzed two days later by fluorescence microscopy.
