Promoter KaiBC-GFP

PKaiBC is transcriptional promoter which is repressed by RpaB. Phosphorylated RpaA releases RpaB's repression. This promoter is in the final output step of cyanobacterial circadian rhythm formation. This part have biobrick prefix, PKaiBC, RBS, GFP OPF, Double Terminator and suffix.
