Design Notes

ORF was PCR amplified from Pseudomonas putida strain F1. Fusion PCR was used to add Biobrick prefix and suffix sequences. Fused PCR products were RCF10 cloned into pSB1C3. Insert sequence was confirmed by double stranded sequencing from flanking biobrick primers. Sequences submitted to Registry.
