Applications of BBa_K106006
Team Tuebingen 2015 decided to make this vector backbone Biobrick compatible (RFC10). You can find that part here: Part:BBa_K1680015.
Additionally, we added two more vectors of the pRS vector series with differen auxotrophic markers, pRS313 (Part:BBa_K1680014) and pRS316 (Part:BBa_K1680016), both compatible with Biobrick standard RFC10.
