This composite part is composed of a strong promoter (BBa_J23110) derived from the Anderson promoter collection and a downstream sequence of the DarR operator (BBa_K1045000). It could be placed upstream of a protein coding sequence with an RBS in front of it. If the DarR repressor (see BBa_K1045001) is available, as well, the expression of this protein coding sequence might be regulated by DarR.
