J23102->tetA-asv+sfGFP

We use a synthetic constitutive promoter J23102 to drive the expression of tetA, and sfGFP. tetA could transport extracellular Nickel ion into cell and nickel is toxic to E coli. An asv degradation tag is added to the c-terminal of tetA. sfGFP is used to monitor tetA expression in real time using fluorescent plate reader, flow cytometer and microscope.
