Applications of BBa_K1023006
This biobrick is used for visualization of the actin cytoskeleton. It is a first step towards visualization of trafficking in A. niger. Actin is a well conserved protein and the similarity to other organisms is quite high. Thus the construct can propably be used in other organisms. especially those that are closely related to A. niger.
