Applications of BBa_K080010
This part works as expected. In our CRP signaling circuit tests, upon activation by the CRP ligand and release of the reconstituted transcription factor LexA-VP16, this effector construct was visible 72 hrs post transfection.
This indicates that: the lexA operators are responsive to LexA
functional eGFP protein is expressed
