Design Notes

This is not actually a composite part, but rather a plasmid formed by cutting out the two "composite" parts from their pSB1A2 plasmids and pasting them together. This plasmid is not stable in cells, and should be stored as plasmid DNA. Cells transformed with this plasmid should be used withing a few days.
