T2B Terminator

  • T2B is a transcriptional terminator designed by the Tuesday (T) evening (2 PM group B) genetics lab at Missouri Western State University in Saint Joseph, MO. Synthetic oligonucleotides were cloned into tClone-Red (J119361), allowing for the terminator to regulate RFP reporter gene expression.
