tClone Tet+PDB riboswitch with P9 and BD10
The BD10 C Dog Ribosome Binding Site has a lower binding efficiency than BD18. PCR and Golden Gate Assembly was used to cut out the BD18 C Dog RBS of part J100275 and insert in the BD10 C Dog RBS. J100279 is an improvement over Part:BBa_J100255 based on Part:BBa_J119367.
There is one base difference between PDB riboswtich of J100279 and J100255. We do not know the significance of this mutation.
