Design Notes

A flexible GS Linker (GGGGS)x5 (or more) is required between the dnaEc and Syk. This was quite difficult to clone in with the FseI site used in the part.

Source

Syk from OpenBiosystems (Clone ID: 30533300) dnaEc from dnaE gene of Synechocystis sp.(split inteins) VP16AD from HSV1 helper virus (Sapolsky Lab, Stanford)
