This part was created from BBa_J61035 when it was cut with EcoRI and SpeI and this section inserted before a terminator BBa_B0015 on a pSB1AK3 plasmid. The part was never created in the pure form since when created it carried our part of interest between Xbal and SpeI. Creating it allows multiple parts to be shipped as a parts in this plasmid without further complicating explanations. This should perform a usefull service since many expression parts require the addition of RBS and terminator which is conveniently done using this sequence of events due to the multiple antibiotic resistances collected during the process.
