Design Notes

This part contains the functional aspects of the I15004 including the lacI promoter regulating the LuxI and LuxR. However, we substituted the pTet with a constitutive promoter, rid of the CI lambda and added another reporter, RFP, under the influence of pLac to increase the reporting power.
