Design Notes

This measurement plasmid facilitates PoPS->PoPS device characterization. Cloning of a device using XbaI and SpeI into this plasmid allows construction of a composite part that looks identical to a composite part that has been constructed via standard assembly.

This part actually has scars within BBa_F2620 (between parts R0040, B0034, C0062, B0015) and within BBa_E0840 (between parts B0030, E0040 and B0015) although the scars aren't shown here. (The Registry doesn't have a convenient way to specify parts that are a mix of scar and scarless assembly).

Source

This is a composite part of BBa_F2620, BBa_P1016, BBa_E0840. However, the DNA sequence of the protein coding regions may be changed to facilitate the DNA fabrication process.
