I've retransformed the material sent with the iGEM2006 384 well plates. This part seems to work--it shows repression when the arabinose promoter is induced, but no repression in the absense of arabinose
. I grew the pSB1A2-E0611/TG1 cells in 1mL cultures to around OD=1.0, then did YFP tecan measurments:

• 100ug/mL Arabinose 354
• 10mM glucose 1939
• nothing added 2575
• 100nM aTc 2577
