Design Notes

This part had XbaI site. The site is cleared by introducing a silent mutation. TCTAGA(at 420) has been changed to CCTAGA. A codon TAT(Tyr) is changed to TAC(Tyr).Both codons have around 50% abundance in E coli genome.
