superfolding GFP for Lactococcus lactis

Superfolding GFP codon-optimized for Bacillus subtilis. However, exhibits strong fluorescense signal in Lactococcus lactis. Used as protein report in L. lactis.

Usage and Biology

We (AQA_Unesp 2017) characterized the gene expression of sfGFP(Bs) during Lactococcus lactis growth under control of the usp45 promoter.
