IndC Indigoidine Synthetase device with T-domain of plu2642
This engineered version of indC BBa_K11520013 contains the T-domain of the plu2642 protein instead of its native T-domain. It still is capable to produce the blue pigment indigoidine, as OD-measurements showed.
