EntD 4'-Phosphopanthetheinyl-transferase
- CDS of entD derived from Escherichia coli and be used in order to activate an NRPS (e.g. entB) (Atp, 1997)
Assembly Compatibility:
- 10COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[10]
- 12COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[12]
- 21COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[21]
- 23COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[23]
- 25COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[25]
- 1000COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[1000]
Design Notes
The entD CDS is derived from E. coli MG1655. We cloned sfp in a pSB3K3-derived plasmid with a lac promoter (BBa_R0010) and the RBS BBa_B0029.
Source
We amplified entD from genome of E. coli MG1655.
