This device, which is in principle an invertor, produces the tetracyline repressor (TetR) (BBa_C0040) under glucose limiting conditions using the pCaiF promoter (BBa_K398326).  The TetR used has an extra LVA tag, resulting in faster degredation and so quicker responses to changes in glucose concentrations.
