pT7: RBS: His6- SUMO: Signiferin: RBS: TetR:TT : pTet: cI: TT : pcI: Ulp : Lysis

This biobrick is the one of the three final constructs of the project Peptidor by Team TU Delft iGEM 2013. This has a Promoter pT7 along with a His6 SUMO tagged peptide followed by a TetR which suppresses the timer module containing promoter pTET, cI is produced which suppresses pcI. Then Ulp protease is produced following by a Kill switch lysis device.
