BBa_J72173 Valencia_UPV 2014 team

Our team used this part to construct the biosafety modules Part:BBa_K1554004 and Part:BBa_K1554005 for Nicotiana benthamiana. In the constructions it was under the regulation of the TA29 anther-specific promoter, thus it was not possible for us to determine its RNase activity in pollen as we used transitory expression.
