This part was used as a reporter in the following composites: K546002, K546005 and K546546. In all tests it functioned properly. It was also tested with R0040 in front of it in E. coli, having a stable GFP expression. This was used as negative control: a stable fluorescent expressor that does not oscillate. See graph below.
