SpiderSilkSubunitN2
This BioBrick contains the coding sequence for part of a spider silk protein (SubunitN2).
SubunitN2 codes for a novel spider silk protein that is optimized for maximal expression in Bacillus subtilis 168. The primary goal of the algorithm was to optimize the codon selection based on their availability scores. The secondary goal was to minimize the number of restriction sites, and the tertiary goal was to prevent the formation of secondary RNA structures in close proximity to the RBS.

BBa_K1085007 has the same SilkSubunitN2 but it has a Strep-tag behind it.
BBa_K1085002 has the same exept it has a SpiderSilkSubunitE2 instead of SpiderSilkSubunitN2.
