Three runs were done in the microdish, while pictures were taken with an Olympus fluorescence microscope every 10 min. Two runs were done for the Tunable Oscillator, one for ptet-GFP transformed E. coli as a negative fluorescent control (negative for oscillations). The suffixes 1g and 5g refer to the gain setting of the detector camera on the microscope.
