[AAV2]-NLS
NLS are located in basic residues and are hydrophilic and contain ß-turn and coil regions [Kalderon, et al, 1984]. NLS were described also in CPV and MVM viruses. Compared to CPV, MVM virus contains several NLS within the capsid, which are activated at different infection stages [Lombardo et al., 2000; Lombardo et al., 2002]
