A33 protein encoding sequence

A33 protein from Vaccinia virus

Usage and Biology

A33 is a disulfide-bounded homodimer that has 5 cysteines. It contains N-terminal section, which is a non-cleaved signal sequence-transmembrane region and ectodomain( 58-185 cysteine). The structure of A33 is a dimer, the secondary structure starts nearby 82 residue
