oxySp

oxySp is a promoter induced by OxyR (BBa_K1104200), a transcription factor that is activated by ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species). In our case, we used hydrogen peroxide to activate OxyR protein. For more information on our result, refer to the composite part ().
