hrpL Promoter

This part is an improvement for the part：Promoter hrpL uploaded by iGEM13_HIT-Harbin. This promoter will be active, when both hrpR (hrpR Gene) and hrpS gene (hrpS Gene) are present. The hrpL Promoter is transcriptionally upregulated by hrpR and hrpS. The Amp30E Amplification Device consists of hrpR (hrpR Gene), hrpS (hrpS Gene) and hrpL promoter.
