ssDNA，an aptamer for 3O-C12-HSL.

An aptamer is an single-stranded DNA that can specifically bind to homoserine lactone. Structure switching fluorescence method is used to verify the existing aptamer that specifically bind AHLs (N－acylhomoserine).
