The iGEM Chiba team conducted tests on this part in the summer of 2008. The part was tested using this [http://2008.igem.org/Team:Chiba/protocol/phenotype/timedelay protocol].

One part of the senders cultures were mixed with 1 part of the receiver culture.(Sender culture:500μL,receiver culture:500μL.)

Senders strain:XL10Gold,Receiver strain:JW1908.Reaction temparature:30°C.All measurements are averages from three replicate cultures with error bars representing standard deviations.Labeling:LuxI,RhlI,LasI means fluorescence induced by AHLs synthesized by BBa_K0840012,BBa_K084008,BBa_K084007 respectively.
