aTc-inducible IM2 antitoxin

IM2 antitoxin under a pTet promoter

Biology and Usage

The IM2 molecule is the immunity protein of the Colicin E2 endonuclease. The IM2 protein is here under a pTet promoter and can therefore be activated by aTc.

This part is used to create a kill switch in combination with part BBa_K3482004 .
