human interleukine 15
In order to make the monitoring device has higher sensitivity,IL-15 proteins have high secretory capability. At the same time, to reduce the interference of IL-15 proteins original expression, we fused suntag which had been well characterized in this literature and another generic protein label flag to I-15 proteins, anticipating this device can detect IL-15-tag signal molecules secreted by the core device.

Summary
Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is a pleiotropic cytokine with variety of biological functions in many different cell types. It plays a major role in protective immune and inflammatory responses to microbial invaders and parasites. It is involved in modulating immune cells of both the innate and adaptive immune systems. IL-15 is a cytokine with potent survival and immunomodulatory effects on cells of both innate and adaptive immune systems. It has the ability to activate and expand NK cells, NKT cells, CD8+ effector memory and central memory T lymphocytes.
