Applications of BBa_K2717018

In order to construct the self-screening system, we integrated the GFP and CI with GDH, with the TGATG linkage widely found in virus[1], procaryotes[2] and eucaryote cells[3]. Then we compare the final relative fluorescent intensity and growth advantage with control. The specific experiments and data processing can be found in our wiki.
