Source

Sequences were attained from E. coli F12K using PCR. We added lacO and rbs in the 5’ of mpra while v5 and 6*his tag in the 3’ of it. Besides, we also add emrr Binding Promoter and rbs in the 5’ of mcherry. After that we fused the two altered sequences and gain this plasmid.
