P_RBS_rpaR_T

RpaR is the quorum sensing regulator from Rhodopseudomonas palustris. This construct contains a constitutive promoter, a RBS as well as a terminator, containing the whole transciptional unit for expression of RpaR. This construct can be used to regulate cell expression in a population density dependent manner.
