Design Notes

Promoter PpltR is a normal constitutive promoter that can be used in regulating the gene expression in Pseudomonadaceae.

Source

It is taken from the upstream region of the gene pltR ,whose length is 70bp.It is one of the constitutive promoters of pseudomonas fluorescence promoter library, its strength is characterized by a reporter gene ,firefly luciferase. It can be used to regulate the gene expression in Pseudomonadaceae through 3A Assembly.
