Design Notes

From Total silencing by intronspliced hairpin RNAs we learned that intron-hpRNA is more efficient than dsRNA. And we design this element to test the efficiency of different RNA structure. And the copy number of L4440 is below our expectation. Using hpRNA, we can improve our production rate.
