Design Notes

This part includes a constitutive promoter so that RhlI is always being expressed. This part does not include an LVA tag, meaning that degradation is slower.


Source

The RhlI gene was synthesized to include BBa_B0034 and BBa_B0015. It was then assembled using Biobrick assembly with J23105 and pSB1C3.
