Applications of BBa_K1897007

This part is a one component of the RIOT System (NUS_Singapore) and is used for the expression of LuxR in the presence of heme-loaded holo-HasA. It can be used for studies of deletion mutants as the individual Has genes can be removed by restriction digestion.
