NheI restriction site map of two constructs ("pBad" and "Tet") which carry an invertable (HixC-flanked) segment of DNA. In the "pBad" construct, when the pBad promoter (green bent arrow) is inverted, the restriction fragment changes from 200 bp to 300 bp. In the "Tet" construct, when the RBS-Tet coding region is inverted, the restriction fragment changes from 200 bp to 1000 bp.
