Applications of BBa_I742110

A composite LIMS1 part with a Lac promoter has been characterized. For details, please visit this page.

Team TU Munich 2012 used this part for expression of limonenesynthase and added a yeast consensus sequence for improved expression as well as a Strep-Tag for simple purification or detection via western blot. See BBa_K801060.
